With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, Clark began his professional career in Commercial construction working on large projects such as schools, hospitals, and hotels. After years in the industry, he decided he wanted to get back to his roots of growing up in a small rural town in Iowa where establishing relationships with your neighbors and community was key.

Clark, along with this wife Sam, founded Uptown Construction in 2021 with the goal of becoming an asset in his community. He is focused on enhancing his neighbors’ lives by upgrading their houses to meet their needs and desires. He strongly believes that lasting relationships and building with integrity are the key points to construction. Through renovation he hopes that together we can continue to transform a material house into a home.
